the staff were just so friendly and accommodating. they helped arrange tours for me, very attentive service. my room had air conditioning! it's a great location close to restaurants.
The power sockets were worn. My charger kept falling out. there was no curtain in the bathroom either. i also noticed there were no shelves in the fridge, a bit inconvenient.

a little gem by the river!
quiet locationfriendly staffpoor pressure
i think i got the best cottage in the gardens. it was decorated nicely for valentine's day, so that was really special. the location is in the center of everything, yet tucked away by the river. staff took me to the van station for free!!!
the shower was right next to the toilet, so the whole bathroom got wet. i did not get warm water. water pressure was also poor.

the queen room garden view included a comfortable bed and air conditioning, so i slept great. i had a kettle, tea, and coffee. the room was cleaned daily.

the staff was so nice and helpful, organizing transport from the airport. they responded quickly and put in a wifi extender when the wifi was weak. the staff packed a takeaway breakfast for my early departure.

the breakfast was superb, and i could choose from different options. the resort is located in a beautiful garden. i walked only five minutes to the jungle.

The staff seemed so helpful. They organised tours quickly. Location placed me close to the park entrance and restaurants. I also took advantage of inexpensive airport transportation, so convenient. It was good value.
The bathroom felt really small. The shower made the whole room very wet. I think they need a shower curtain.

The breakfast offered a wide selection. All could eat what they want because ordering extra items was easy. I noticed many choices available on the a la carte menu that looked tempting.

The hotel sits near many shops, restaurants, and laundromats. Everything you need during the vacation are so close. I found the river nearby, a nice addition to the location.

i found the staff to be helpful and they arranged everything for me, including transfers and a wonderful day on the lake. the breakfast offered many choices, and i liked the vegan options. the resort is located near various restaurants, bars, laundry services, and shops.
the air conditioning was quite loud at night, difficult to sleep at first.

The resort features a restaurant directly by the river. I enjoyed having breakfast there. buses also pick up guests from here to go on tours in the park. the surrounding area offers several shops and restaurants.

the breakfast was nice with sufficient variety, and i appreciated the vegan choices. the restaurant setting by the river created a calming atmosphere for meals. there is also parking available for those who drive to the hotel.
